Simple Base Granola

Ingredients:

  • 8 cups oats (4 cups old-fashioned, 4 cups quick oats)

  • ¾ to 1 cup honey or agave nectar

  • ¼ cup pineapple juice

  • ½ cup olive oil (optional)

  • 1 teaspoon sea salt

 Directions:

Blend all ingredients except the oats until well mixed. Pour onto oats and mix thoroughly and evenly. Spread onto cookie sheet and dry out in oven at 200 degrees for approximately 2 hours. Can also be cooked overnight in dehydrator. Add nuts or fruits as desire once granola is ready.
